Yes. Texas requires every aerobic (ATU) system to be under an active maintenance contract with three inspections per year, set by TCEQ under 30 TAC Chapter 285. Our plan is a $99 first-visit fee plus $29 a month ($348 a year) and covers all three required visits, with auto-pay so your compliance never lapses.
